2021 Second Quarter Tax Estimates
As a reminder, second quarter tax estimates are due Tuesday, June 15th. Quarterly estimates are due even if your tax return is on extension.

Kentucky and Indiana Business Entity Reports
If you own a business organized with the Secretary of State, you should have received correspondence from your state regarding filing of business entity reports.
As a reminder, business annual reports are due by June 30th for KY businesses. Indiana businesses renew every two years during the anniversary month of the business’ initial operations in Indiana.
