Partnership & S Corporation Tax Returns and Third Quarter Tax Estimates are Due September 15th

2021 S Corporation & Partnership Tax Returns

Calendar year Partnership (Form 1065) and S Corporation (Form 1120S) Federal tax returns with valid extensions are due Thursday, September 15th.

Federal late filing penalties for 2021 Partnership and S Corporation returns are $210 for each month or part of a month (maximum 12 months) per owner that the return is late. This penalty applies even if no tax is due with the return.

2022 Third Quarter Tax Estimates

As a reminder, third quarter tax estimates are due Thursday, September 15th. Quarterly estimates are due even if your tax return is on extension.  For additional information on quarterly estimates, please visit the IRS website.
